Our website was born from our own personal need to purchase beautiful items whether it be cosmetics or other things of beauty for reasonable prices.

To keep these low prices, we purchase overstock merchandise from a variety of wholesalers.

We are always looking for new wholesale contacts so that we can continue to offer you low prices on the beautiful things that you love.

All products are new, some boxed. Some products may have some very minor scratches, but this will not affect the use of the product.

The name Elipey was derived from our two rescue Min-Pin puppies Eli & Peyton, who were adopted from the Internet Miniature Pinscher Service, Inc. in April. Our beloved Hans, also a Miniature Pinscher, brought us 15 years of joy before he passed away.
