Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship almost entirely via the United States Postal Service (USPS)*, First Class Mail, due to the low cost of our cosmetics. All orders are shipped within one business day, barring extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. If you would like your order shipped by a different carrier, please let us know and we will ship via your preference.

* To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Then click on "View Cart". This will bring up a page that show you all the items in your cart. Enter your zip code in the box labeled "Estimate Shipping" and click "Run". This will show you your shipping charge options before placing your order or entering any personal information.

Combined Shipping

If we see that you have placed more than one order in the same day, we will automatically combine shipping charges and refund you the difference.

International Shipments

We now ship internationally   

For estimated shipping charges, please put in your zip code and it will return your charges before going through the checkout process.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason please contact us within 7 days of receipt. A refund/exchange will be gladly arranged. Please contact us via email at elipey@elipey.com so that we can be expecting your return. Elipey Cosmetics cannot accept returns for any item that has been used
