Shipping: We ship almost entirely via the United States Postal Service (USPS)*, First Class Mail, due to the low cost of our cosmetics, adding additional savings to each order for a true discounted purchase.. All orders are shipped within one business day, barring extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
If you would like your order shipped by a different carrier, please let us know and we will ship via your preference. *
To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Then click on "Shopping Bag" in the top right corner. This will bring up a page that shows you all the items in your cart. Enter your zip code in the box labeled "Calculate Shipping" and click "Run". This will show you your shipping charge options before placing your order or entering any personal information.
Combined Shipping: If we see that you have placed more than one order in the same day, we will automatically combine shipping charges and refund you the difference.
International Shipments: We now ship internationally. Any customs charges are paid by the customer at the package destination country. Do to USPS regulations, we do not ship nail polish or pressured items internationally. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive, even orders sent by priority mail. Priority mail only expedites your order through the US, it does not expedite it through your country, nor do we have means to track it. If you would like true international express mail with tracking, please use the Global Express Mail option.
Returns: If you are unsatisfied for any reason please contact us within 7 days of receipt. A refund/exchange will be gladly arranged.
